We receive your order by Order Form or E-mail.
If you use E-mail, please copy and paste the text formats into your e-mail.
We recieve your order, we will reply to you with your order status showing the Total Amount including payment and shipping fee, then your order is confirmed.
If you can speak Japanese, you can order by telephone.

Please pay by cash to the deliveryman when you receive your orders. There would be the following fee charged.

Six Time-Zone Delivery Service is available so that you can specify delivery time.
You can select the time period in which you would like the package to be delivered. Should the receiver not be at home, upon request from the receiver, the package can be redelivered.

Please send a mail with in 7 days after the items arrival.

In case of a defective good or wrong item delivery, please contact us by e-mail with in 7 days from the items arrival. In that case return shipping fee will be covered by us. Please send it with COD. We ll exchange the item. If the item is out of stock after the return of the item repayment will be made. In case of a return due to circumstances of customer return shipping fee is to be paid customer. Please send a mail with in 7 days after the items arrival. We will make the decision on a case-by-case basis. |
